Franco Bicycles is committed to the development of bicycles at the highest level. We pride ourselves on developing an ongoing, lifelong relationship with every single one of our customers. Because of our extreme confidence in our products and our desire to deliver only the highest level of service, we have created the Franco Lifetime Warranty program.

We don’t just stand behind our product, we stand in front of it. Our lifetime warranty is simple; Franco Bicycles provides each original owner of a Franco Bicycle with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the bicycle.

This warranty program does not cover:

• -  Normal wear and tear.
• -  Improper assembly.
• -  Improper follow-up maintenance,
• -  Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally
•    intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold.
• -  Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
• -  Labor charges for part replacement or build swaps.

This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork, or components, including re-painting. This warranty is expressly limited to the frameset as long as it is owned by the original owner. The lifetime warranty does not include forks, paint and decals, or any other components or parts.

Forks are warrantied for a period of three years against defects in materials and workmanship. Paint and decals are warrantied for twelve months against defects in materials and workmanship. Any other original part or component shall be covered by the stated warranty of the original manufacturer. Any products not specifically included above are hereby omitted.

This warranty is expressly limited to either the repair or replacement of a defective frame. The decision to repair or replace a defective frame will be at the sole discretion of Franco Bicycles. No other remedies are available under the warranty. Any defective frame no longer produced or in stock that requires replacement will be replaced with a similar in line current model at the sole discretion of Franco Bicycles.

This warranty applies only to Franco bicycles purchased directly from Franco Bicycles. Franco Bicycles is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Any claim against this warranty must be made directly through Franco Bicycles. Proof of purchase is required. Claims made outside the United States of America may be subject to fees and additional restrictions
